As a state contracted broker for Health First Colorado, IntelliRide manages NEMT services in the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld. Our general duties include transportation provider credentialing, training, education, customer service, reservations and scheduling, dispatch and routing, trip monitoring, complaints and appeals, quality assurance, and claims.
IntelliRide is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of a person’s disability under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Any person who believes she or he has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of disability by IntelliRide may file a complaint.

IntelliRide will acknowledge all complaints within two business days of receipt. If an investigation is needed, we will review the applicable information and provide a written response within 10 Business Days of the initial complaint. The response will include the results of the investigation and any actions taken to prevent a future occurrence.
If you do not agree with the complaint response, you may request an appeal or an administrative state hearing. The procedures that you should follow to request an appeal or fair hearing and the timeframes for the request will be included with our response.
