Medical Providers

IntelliRide schedules and coordinates non-emergency medical transportation services for AlohaCare members. We partner with transportation providers throughout the state to ensure members can arrive – as scheduled – for their medical appointments.

If you are a Medicaid or Medicare approved medical provider and would like to speak with IntelliRide regarding one or more of your patients, please contact the Facilities Department, during regular business hours:

Schedule Advance Trips

Medical providers and facility staff can schedule member trips at least two days before the appointment date using any of the following methods:

You can schedule single or recurring trips on behalf of patients, Monday – Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM HST using the appropriate Medicaid or Medicare reservation lines. If your member prefers to schedule single or recurring trips themselves, they can call Monday – Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM HST using the same reservation lines:

If you are a medical provider that has been asked to complete a medical necessity form to support a member’s transportation request, please download and complete the appropriate form and submit it to IntelliRide for review:
